All appointments booked online or in the studio require a non-refundable booking fee, this fee is deducted from the total price of the treatment.

Your booking fee will be lost in the event you need to cancel your appointment, you may change your appointment with 48 hours notice.


Booking fees will be lost for cancellations and no shows.

No shows will be liable for the full cost of the treatment before future appointments can be booked, the event your appointment had been paid in full, your payment is non refundable. Refunds will only be given in the case of an allergic reaction.

Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at the scheduled time so that our next client won’t be delayed, and full payment will be applied.


Prior to booking any permanent make-up appointment you will be required to pay a deposit of £50. If you don’t turn up to your appointment or reschedule within 1 week prior to the appointment, this money will not be refunded. In addition if you don’t show up to your top-up appointment or cancel before 72 hour period you will be required to pay £50 to re-book the appointment you have been unable to attend.

All deposits are non-refundable.


Patch testing is mandatory for all new clients, no exceptions. A patch test must be done 24-48 hours before hand, it’s your responsibility to attend. In the case you disregard your patch test, your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee or payment will be lost.


Before any treatment can be carried out a consultation form must be filled in, this is for your own safety. By filling out a consultation form you agree you understand the risks associated with the treatment. It’s vital we know about any medication or allergies you may have, please fill in the consultation form honestly and to the best of your knowledge, notifying us of any changes. After care sheets are provided with every treatment, it’s your responsibility to to adhere to the aftercare, if you disregard it you do so at your own risk.


Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months, they can not be transferred or redeemed for cash.


Please understand that for insurance purposes we cannot accommodate children under the age of 12 unless accompanied by a second adult. Treatments for clients 16-18 require parents consent.
